Apologies for the late email, I have just been informed by the district leader
NO HIKE THIS AFTERNOON, DUE TO THE RAINS.
There will be a dinner and indoor campfire on tonight at the BPcampsite.
Meet 5.00pm at the campsite - in the main hall which is towards the bottom left as you walk down.

Dear All,
I have just received information from the District leader that in case of wet weather on Sunday we may not be able to do the hike if it is very wet, there will only be a dinner and campfire at the campsite.
In that case the evening will start at 5.00pm.
Please look out for my email on Sunday morning by 11.00am as the Dist. leader will let us know if the hike is to go on.

COMING MONDAY NIGHT IS A NORMAL NIGHT FOR ALL CUBS AT THE HALL.
Dear All,
Looking at everything the following arrangements are now in place.
Meet at the Hall : Between 3.45pm and 4.00pm. We will leave just after as we have to be at the campsite by 5.00pm. There will be 100′s of cubs arriving that time so everyone has been allocated times to enter the campsite so as to avoid traffic confusion.
Transport:
THERE IS NO SCOUT BUS THIS TIME FOR THE CUBOREE, SO UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NEED PARENTS TO HELP WITH TRANSPORT.
We need at least 6 families to drive us on Friday and at least six families to bring us back on Sunday. This should make it easy for those who cannot come on Friday.
Luckily we have already got a few parents who are going to help us earlier in the day by taking all the camping gear and setting it up for us. I do not expect the same parents to make the trip twice.
Please do email me and let me know which you prefer to do. All families are requested to help.
On Sunday parents are to be present at the campsite around 1.00 pm. so that we can pack up the gear and leave on time.

Bushwalk/Hike will start from Baden Powell Campsite (Pomona St; Pennant Hills). Start 3.00 pm. Dinner – will be around 6.00pm Campfire – 7.00pmFinish/Pick up (BP campsite) around 8.00pm
Cost will be $7.00 for catering and $4.00 for the hire of the hall and campfire site.
Total cost $11.00 to be paid to the leader on the night with the indemnity form.
Can I please request you all to email and let me know if your cub will be going for the dinner so that i can forward the nos. For catering.
Please find attached the indemnity form to be filled out for the hike, must be handed in to the leader on the day with the payment of $11.00
Thank you to all mums who remembered to send a needle with your cub for the sewing activity. I have some needles with me from last Monday night for I was unsure of sending it with your cub without a secure box. please ask me for it next time at cubs if you have not got yours back so I know all cubs have got their needles back.
