Dear All,
We will be meeting at Cherrybrook lakes – Macquarie drive; Cherrybrook. from 8.30am. you can cook and have your breakfast if you wish and then will go on the hike at 10.00am.
Should be finished by noon.
Unless the weather is really very bad the hike will continue. Scouting standards are better in bad weather. Please look out for an email if the weather is very bad and we have to abandon it for safety reasons.
Those who wish to join us only for the hike can do so.

Xmas Trees Sales to be held on 6-7th December at the BP Garage Normanhurst. (Cnr Stuart Ave/Pennant Hills Rd)
We will be needing Volunteers to help out during the weekend.
Paul and Fit Crew to help unload and set up start 6.30am
If any parent can not make there time allotment but can help out in other times please inform us.
Parents please indicate your preferred times to ensure we have full coverage.
A lot of helping hands make the job easy.
In appreciation of all the hard work by our Leaders and Committee members we have decided to have a Xmas BBQ and Drinks on Saturday 6th December starting at 6pm at the Hall.(outside grounds)
Full outside BBQ and Dinner provided for all family members of leaders and committee members.(yes bring the kids)

On Sunday 30th Nov. Normanhurst Cubs have planned for a wonderful family morning starting with – Cook your own breakfast and then a family hike.
Meet: 8.30 am Cherrybrook Lakes park (opp. Caltex pump). Cherrybrook.
Bring your own food. There is one bbq available in the park which can be used for cooking breakfast. Water in plenty.
We will then go on a hike – walking the Callicoma Trail, which will take not more than 2 hours with a few stops in between. This is an easy walk and all the family can join in. Worksheets and activities organised for cubs during the hike.
Finish by 12.00 noon. We will start and finish at the same place.
Look forward to seeing you all on the day.
Dear All,
Sunday, 8th November is the Benowie District Swimming Carnival.
This is one district event where all cubs are requested and expected to attend. Cubs, do not have to be a good swimmer to be in it. You may enter in any event you wish or just sit and enjoy the evening as a spectator.
Please find all the information in the attachment. All are welcome. Bring your own food and drinks. It is an evening full of fun for all.
