Dear All,

A District Cub Hike is organised on Sunday, 13th Sept.
Following are the details sent to me by the dist. leader.

The hike starts at Berowra http://tinyurl.com/lxuyxp and goes to
Crosslands http://tinyurl.com/lf8y6q

Starting at 9.00 am and finishing around 2pm after lunch at crosslands.

It has been suggested that we have a sausage sizzle after the district hike on Sept 13th,

We would probably need a few packs to bring a bbq. And if each pack brings their own sausages and we can cook them all together.

If any of our parent is able to help us out with a bbq on the day please email me and let me know. I will organise the sausages, bread etc. It will be very much appreciated.

Please find attached the Activity Notification Form to be filled out for the outing that has to be handed in on the day.

cheers
Akela

On Monday 17th August, we will be making and decorating mess kit bags. Cost $5.00 per cub. We will be organising the material, etc. for the bags.

But….

CAN WE REQUEST A FEW MUMS TO BRING IN THEIR SEWING MACHINE AND HELP US OUT ON THAT ONE NIGHT?

Please let me know. There will be a few bags to sew.

Thanks

Akela
